Sarah Ferguson 'in good spirits' after skin cancer 'shock'

Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York has declared she's 'in good spirits' after being diagnosed with skin cancer admitting it came as a 'shock' but she's been 'taking some time' to herself to recuperate
