The Paddington Ale House restaurant review: The Mt Hawthorn institution is at its best

The Paddo was acquired by the family-owned hospitality business, ARK Group, in March, ahead of a mooted revitalisation this year. I visited and discovered an already brighter, perkier pub with delicious fare.
